哀大莫過於心死。 舉個例， 我的上司（華裔，較年長， 女的）叫我們提供一兩個改善效率的建議。好，我準備的PowerPoint還算圖文並茂，口頭的報告也還可以。本以爲還會要繳交執行方案。没想到後來變成我們改蓋“新的”核發印章。  結案。改善效率個頭。浪費我的時間。

Problemas with exporting

1. Numbers are not recognized well. 5would become s. 6 would become b. 0 would become o

2. A space is inserted before the decimal point 

3. The 1of at the end of the number would get cut off, and carried over to the following number, causing the following number to be invalid.

Pdf text recognition & export again

It turned out that  I needed to export to docx and xlsx and see which out turned out better. Or i have to filter the data between excel and word.  This is for the contract: consumable parts for all city-owned v.
